What is the duration of a meal?

Our meals store well in the refrigerator for up to Friday (each week) since we don't use any preservatives or additives. After that, you'll need to store them in the freezer, where they will keep for up to three months. We recommend only freezing meals containing vegetables. Meals with a salad should be consumed first, as we don’t recommend freezing meals. Any meals containing a salad will not retain its optimum quality once thawed.

How should I cook the food?

Just pop in the microwave for 2 minutes! (The timing may change based on the microwave.) We advise defrosting your meal in the refrigerator the night before if you have switched to freezing your meals. Then, just pop your food into the microwave on high for three to four minutes, depending on your microwave's wattage, making sure the lid stays closed. You can still microwave it for 7–8 minutes on high, as long as the lid stays closed, if you neglected to take it out of the freezer in time. Meals can also be warmed in the oven. Just move the dish to an ovenproof one and cook it at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes. Meals can also be warmed in the oven. Meals with salads should be consumed fresh, because won’t be nice popped in the microwave / oven unless you separate protein.

How should I place an order?

Placing your food orders is easy! Just make your selections from our online menu and register while checking out. You can either choose popular meal options or if you want to get creative we have a create your own section where you can mix and match to your liking. We have 2 different types (SHRED) our lowest calories meals coming in at 350 calories – 400 calories. (BUILD) is our higher calorie option with 650 – 700 Calories. You can use our shopping cart to pay for your purchases. Link, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Online orders need at least 1x meal. On Sundays we usually have spare meals in store, and there's no minimum for those.

When are my meals going to be delivered, and when do I have to order by?

Every Friday at 11:59 pm, orders must be placed. For Sunday or Monday Delivery / Pickup.

What happens if I place an order after the cut off time?

Orders placed after Friday night at 11:59 p.m. will be processed for the next week if the deadline is missed.

To which suburbs do you deliver to?

Are there any delivery fees? If so, what are they?

Yes, there is a $20 delivery fee.

Question 11

If I choose to have my meals delivered, does it require me to be home for delivery?

Accepted Answer

You won't need to be home to receive your delivery. Our meals are delivered in a cooler bag with ice sheets, which can hold a safe temperature for up to 6 hours. On your next order, please leave out your cooler bag and ice sheet as apart of our recycling system.
